Richard Windley the Rural Housing Enabler attended the March 2009 Parish Council meeting and gave Members a presentation on the outcome of the Housing Needs Survey that had been carried. The main conclusion was that 11 affordable homes were needed over the next 3 years. These varied as to type ranging from 1-2 to 3 bed homes and bungalows, the majority available for rent and a minority for shared ownership.
